Selected works of eight film photography enthusiasts will be showcased on a weeklong exhibit at Kanto Artist-run Space from June 25 to 30.
Connected by their common interest in analogue photography through Shutter Revolution, an online film photography group, they have decided to feature their works beyond their Lomohomes and blogsites. Showing mostly never-before released photographs, the artists exclusively shot their works for the exhibit. These include self-developed and printed black & white photos, and experimental shots with analogue cameras.
The exhibit will give the viewers a peek to each artist’s personality, shooting style, relationship to their subjects and surroundings, and intimate thoughts.
Exhibiting artists are Erick Cusi, Teo Esguerra, Robert Pelagio, Jameson Ong, Felix Quiogue, Jimmy Hilario, Joven DelaCruz and Mikko Clauor.
This is not a #SELFIE runs from June 25 to 30 at Kanto Artist-Run Space at The Collective, 7274 Malugay St., Makati City.
